beverages, coffee.

After close to 18 years of research, Harvard researchers have found that there is a link between
drinking coffee and lower the risk of diabetes
Consider this: At least six studies indicate that people who drink coffee on a regular basis are
up to 80% less likely to develop Parkinson's, with three showing the more they drink, the lower the
risk. Other research shows that compared to not drinking coffee, at least two cups daily can
translate to a 25% reduced risk of colon cancer, an 80% drop in liver cirrhosis risk,and nearly
half the risk of gallstones.

Instant Coffee
Benefits of instant coffee lies mainly in the easy preparation needed to make a cup of coffee. All one has to do
is pour the contents of the coffee into a cup and add boiling water and stir well. Alot of time is saved from the
draining of the coffee beans etc to make a regular cup of coffee.
With the added benefits comes the down side of it as well. Instant coffee would not taste as good or provide
quaity coffee equal to a properly brewed cup of coffee. However, companies are constantly upgrading their coffee
mix to try and match the natural taste of coffee.
One thing is for sure, given our hectic lifestyle many of us will choose to go instant coffee, what matters the
most is that we are confortable with the brand and taste. Instant coffee is an constantly evolving beverage that
might one day come to match or even out match natural coffee noone knows. Everyone does know however, that it is a
beverage some of us can't live without.
